This post is about the #neurodivergentumbrella , the term neurodivergent is an umbrella term covering the neurotypes (and more) within the image. #neurodivergent as a term is often thought of to just be another word for, or euphemism for autism. This is not true! Neurodivergent simply means your brain functions differently from neurotypical people.
Neurodivergence can be from birth Eg autism , or it can be acquired eg brain injury or depression

J'ai trouvé particulièrement pertinent votre éclaircissement sur le fait que la neurodivergence n'est pas un euphémisme pour l'autisme, mais bien un terme parapluie englobant des fonctionnements cérébraux variés. Cette distinction est cruciale pour une meilleure compréhension et pour que chacun puisse mieux se situer et affirmer son identité au sein du spectre neurodivergent. Bien qu'il soit essentiel de reconnaître l'étendue de la neurodiversité, pour beaucoup qui se posent des questions sur l'autisme en particulier, obtenir des informations fiables est souvent un premier pas important vers la compréhension de soi. Pour ceux qui cherchent à approfondir cette exploration, des ressources pour l'évaluation et la compréhension de l'autisme peuvent être très utiles.
