How I can create a bespoke report to support you
Letters & Reports
As well as direct sessions, I write letters and reports that translate someone's needs into something useful for the people and systems around them, whether that's a GP, university, an employer, or a benefits assessor. Each one draws on relevant documentation, a focused conversation, and my professional understanding of how a condition typically affects day-to-day function.
Most frequently requested letters/reports (if yours isnt covered her do email to see if i can help):
GPs and other health professionals
Summaries of strengths and needs, sensory or processing profile, or support for onward referrals are written to give a practical picture
Work or Higher education settings
Workplace (or university) facing letters describing reasonable adjustments and practical accommodations written to be usable by HR or a line manager without requiring a clinical background to understand
PIP reports
Reports describing how a person's needs affect the daily living and mobility activities PIP assesses, written to reflect functional impact.. These draw on any existing diagnostic evidence, a focused conversation about specific real-life examples, and my professional knowledge of how the relevant condition(s) commonly affect function.
Nimbus Access Card
Supporting letters or assessments for the Nimbus (Access) Card, describing needs across the areas the card evidences queuing and waiting, sensory environment, companion support, communication, and toilet access so venues and events can understand what adjustments are needed without repeated explanation.
Other requests
Housing, social care, or other organisations sometimes ask for similar functional letters. Get in touch, and I can let you know if this is something I'm able to provide.

Your sensory profile is analysed & suggestions given of what might support your profile, including specific items.
Turnaround and cost
This depends on many factors, such as how many documents you have to share with me, how long we need to talk everything through together and how large the report will be. I'll confirm the likely scope, cost, and turnaround with you before starting.
Reports and letters start at £50 per hour
Are results guaranteed?
I write these based on what I know from our conversation and any documentation provided, focused honestly on function and need. I can't guarantee a particular outcome from DWP, Nimbus, your GP, workplace or any other assessor, and I'd always encourage you to also share your own account of how things affect you day to day.
The letter supports your case, but it isn't a substitute for it. It's also worth checking whether you already hold evidence (such as a diagnostic report or an existing benefits award letter) that may be accepted on its own before commissioning something new.
Those reports written for clients I support on a 1:1 basis with regular OT input will be stronger as we have a background of knowledge to draw from, as well as this often holding more weight with assessors due to our ongoing therapeutic relationship.
