Fees & Funding
My pricing is designed to reflect that people come to OT from different circumstances, so there isn't one flat rate; instead there are a few different ways to work together:
Self-funded 1:1 medium to longer-term, highly personalised sessions, with a standard rate, a small number of scholarship spots for people experiencing financial hardship, and a pay-it-forward option for those who'd like to help fund more scholarship places
Themed packages, offering focused, structured support around specific topics at a reduced rate
Access to Work, Employer, or personal budget funding from social care - I provide a tailored quote for your case manager or funder
Because there's a bit of detail to it and i often add new options and services, I keep an up-to-date fee sheet that I'm happy to send you directly - just email admin@navigateneurodiversityot.com or use the form below, and I'll pop it over to you, no obligation at all. There's no wrong way to ask, and you're welcome to email even if you're just exploring your options. Youre welcome to simply email the line "please can you send your fees".
A note on Access to Work slots: I hold a limited number of self-funded spaces at any one time, which is part of what allows me to offer scholarship rates. If a session is arranged as an Access to Work-funded slot, the ATW minimum rate applies to that slot going forward - including if you start on a self-funded basis while you wait for your grant and later move to ATW funding, or move from ATW back to self-funding. This keeps the wider pricing model sustainable for everyone. I'm happy to discuss what this means for your situation.
As a disabled practitioner, my capacity is inherently limited. This means I hold a finite number of each slot type (scholarship, self-funded, ATW) to ensure sustainability while remaining accessible. Thank you for understanding.
